Combine the power of vision boarding with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)! Join us for a fun and interactive session where you’ll learn how to manifest your dreams by first tapping into your emotions and then activating the power of your mind and creativity with vision boarding.

Create and crystalize your goals with a bunch of other women in a high vibe setting with specially curated manifestation music!

To bring:

If you wish to make a physical vision board, bring magazines or pre-printed pictures, scissors, glue and a paper or cardboard to stick your images on. Or a corkboard and pins.

We will also be providing a brief tutorial and templates for creating an electronic vision board on Canva (that you can print out to have it physical) – sign up for free for an account at www.canva.com
